WHAT IS COP?
Can I practice law without the COP?
A simple law graduation (3-year or 5-year LLB) is not enough to practice in a court of law, as the COP is a mandatory certification. So, if a law graduate wants to practice law in Indian courts, they need to qualify the AIBE exam.
Who issues the COP certificate?
